Ashish Chowdhry suffers a serious finger injury

Aashish Chaudhary, the former Indian model and actor and also the brand ambassador of Onida suffered a serious finger injury while practising for the upcoming match to be held at Sharjah.


Ashish Chowdhry is the wicket keeper of Salman and Sohail Khan's Celebrity Cricket League.
Despite Ashish Chowdhry being physically unfit for the match, the Khan brothers insisted to be a part of all the matches. This is because Ashish has been the wicket keeper and so he is an essential part of the team from its beginning.

The actor offered to train someone in his place and step down because of his unfit heath. But the team didn’t listen to it and flew him down for all the matches.

Celebrity Cricket Leagueis a platform which helps reunite the entire Indian film industry. The 20-20 cricket tournament has teams not only from Hindi cinema, but also Telugu, Kannada and Tamil cinema. The Celebrity Cricket League matches began on January 13 in Sharjah.
