Three novels of popular writer Showkat Ali will be made into TV serials. The novels: Kulay Kaal Sroot, Dakkhinayoner Din and Purbo Ratri Purbo Din, will be made into a TV serial titled Dakkhinayoner Din.
Speaking about the serial, the director of the serial Sazzad Shumon says, “We are looking forward to working with the novels of Showkat Ali, the legendry novelist of Bangla literature.”
“The cast of the serial is yet to be selected. But, we are thinking about casting Humayun Faridee, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Sadia Islam Mou, Tarin, Dipa Khondokar, Sumaiya Shimu, Ahmed Rubel, Farhana Mili and Eresh Jaker.” he ends.
